Hotel Accommodation

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Ottawa, 101 Lyon St. N., is holding a room block for CCGH attendees. The rate for a standard room is $159 CND (plus taxes) per night. This rate is valid until September 29, 2010. When making reservations, please ensure the group name “Canadian Society for International Health” is included.

Please note that all reservation requests will be confirmed only if accompanied by one of the following major credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa, JCB or Discover. Our guarantee policy states that we will not hold any reservation at 6:00PM on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by the above methods.

It is understood that each individual will be responsible for their room charges, taxes and any incidentals, and to settle their own account upon check out.

The "cut-off date" is September 29, 2010. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be offered at the group rate based on availability and will be credited to the Group’s guest room block.
